How do I return an item?


We allow returns and exchanges within 25 days of delivery.

Please call us or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) before sending in your return or exchange. We ship from multiple warehouse locations, and your items need to be returned to the correct warehouse to receive proper credit. Often the cost to return an item is more than the price paid, so it is a good idea to call us first.

Within 1-2 business days of receiving your request for a return we will send you a RMA number with shipping instructions.

The "RMA #" needs to be clearly written on the top and a one of the sides of your return box so we can quickly identity it as a "return" and process your refund.
When shipping returns please use a tracking number, and if your order is over $100 you may want to request insurance.

Returns received without an RMA number may be returned to the sender, get placed in our new inventory receiving department, or delayed in applying proper credit.
